Step 1: Tap on the Messages app in galaxy S9 & S9 plus.

Step 2: Tap on the message icon at the bottom right corner.

Step 3: Enter a number or tap the contact you want to send the picture message or MMS.

Step 4: Press Start at upper right corner.

Step 5: Enter the message you want to send with a picture message.

Step 6: Tap on + icon.
